Order Processing

• Orders are processed by Printify within 2–5 business days.

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times within the U.S. (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Track your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at kristi@muscleflowapparel.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We will work with Printify to provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
